The candidates belonging to all categories for admission to the B.H.M.S, should have passed at the qualifying examination (HSC / PDC / CBSE/ Intermediate or any other equivalent examination) after a period of 12 years of study and as per Govt. of Tamilnadu Norms.

O.C: Must have passed English and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in the Science Subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany andZoology

A candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or would complete the said age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the 1st B.Sc., Applied Biochemistry Degree Course.

(Duration: 1 year) The duration of course of study comprises of the curriculum and syllabus provided in the regulation of Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal, Tamilnadu spread over the period of 1 year.
